I laundered a shirt and pants with wine stains with Ablitt's. After 2 attempts the wine stains came out but regretfully the pants had a 2 color loss stains. Having said that, I contacted the store and they courteously and promptly helped me and I got a refund for the item. Mistakes can happen, it's how you handle them that counts.
